Police seize five-kg of heroin and 4,200 US dollars from the three men.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">All the three foreign nationals were running an international drug cartel from a house in Khirki Extension, the high quality contraband was transported to Delhi by the Afghan network, stored at their residence and then sent to the US and Canada through drug mules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">According to the police, the three accused have been identified as Esmatullah and Khalilullah, the Afghan Nationals and Osondu, Nigerian national. They were arrested following a tip-off.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">PS Kushwah, deputy commissioner of police (special cell), said &#8220;We had received information that the two accused would come to Saket to hand over a packet of drugs. A trap was laid at the exit gate of a hospital in Saket where the two Afghan nationals had come to deliver a consignment to a Nigerian national at around 1 am. While handing the consignment the three were nabbed.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">DCP said that the two Afghan nationals have already supplied more than 100 kg of heroin in Delhi in the past two years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Both Estamullah and Khalillulah had been visiting India for the past three years on medical visa and bringing heroin produced from the poppy farms in Afghanistan and processed by the locals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Police is further making the efforts to arrest other members of the gang.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The special cell of Delhi police arrested three foreign nationals, two Afghan nationals and a Nigerian national for allegedly supplying heroin worth Rs 25 crore from South Delhi&#8217;s Saket area.
