Thakur directed the officers to take all precautionary measures to minimise loss to life\u00a0and property due to heavy rains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Meanwhile, it was informed in the meeting that all 120 people stranded at Koksar were rescued, Likewise, 23 people were rescued from Mari and 23 from Rohtang, officials said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Apart from this, 14 others were rescued by the Border Road Organisation (BRO) from Kullu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The chief minister also directed that water levels in Chemera Dam I, II and III and Pandoh should be monitored strictly and early warning provided to authorities concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">All educational institutions in Kullu will remain closed today.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nineteen people stranded at Dobi in Kullu district after flash floods and heavy rains were rescued on Sunday by an Indian Air Force chopper.
