Children have died due to various diseases.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Medical Superintendent Singh further said that the deaths have happened due to various reasons. He stated that people from the nearby villages admit their children to the hospital for treatment, but due to limited facility, the hospital authorities face a lot of problems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">According to reports the children have been suffering from various diseases. However, the medical reports have not mentioned any disease in particular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">While talking about the dearth of number of beds in the hospital he added, &#8220;We have 200 beds but currently, 450 patients are admitted here. The workload is very high. We are trying our best to save as many lives as we can.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Even though UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made several promises of upgrading the hospital facilities, the district hospital reportedly lacks the proper number of beds to treat the patients.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nearly 71 children have lost their lives in past 45 days at a district hospital in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
