The court also said that if they fail to appear then their properties would be impounded under the newly enacted fugitive offenders act.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The notice acts as an international arrest warrant.
