This will cost the state exchequer Rs 2,000 crore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Since August 16 there has been a surge in fuel prices.
