I will not give fake promise. As Congress president am talking to you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Congress president also encouraged people to contribute generously to the Chief Minister&#8217;s Distress Relief Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Shashi Tharoor tweeted on Tuesday about Rahul Gandhi\u2019s two-day visit to Kerala.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cPresident of\u00a0@INCIndia @RahulGandhi\u00a0left\u00a0Thiruvananthapuram this morning for flood-affected areas in central Kerala.
