Bipin Rawat, said that action would be taken if Maj. Gogoi was found guilty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;If any officer of the Indian Army, at any rank, is found guilty, then strictest action will be taken.
