He has also alleged that a media trial was against him and that the judicial system may be influenced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">He stated that he was being \u2018clubbed along with his nephew\u00a0Nirav Modi in the case and also stated that accused in India don\u2019t have the mandatory legal protection.
