A CBI investigation is underway. Anybody found guilty, even the Ministers, will be sent to jail. No one will be spared,&#8221; said Nitish Kumar on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">According to reports, call records confirm that minister Manju Verma&#8217;s husband was in touch with the man who ran the shelter home in Muzaffarpur where 34 minor inmates were allegedly raped, and seventeen calls claimed to be exchanged between them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The minister had accepted that her husband was in touch with Brajesh Thakur, whose NGO ran the shelter home where girls were raped, beaten and assaulted but unaware that he was a criminal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The shelter home rape case is currently being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bihar social welfare minister Manju Verma has resigned on Wednesday over indictments against her husband, who is accused of having links to Brajesh Thakur of Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case.
