The body has been kept at a mortuary and the postmortem is expected to be conducted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A case has been registered against unidentified people under Section 302 of the IPC, the police officer said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Over the past one year many incidents related to mob lynching has surfaced.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Supreme Court (SC) on July 17 had condemned such incidents of mob lynching across the country and had asked the Parliament to create the new law against lynching. It also terms lynching as \u201chorrendous acts of mobocracy\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra had stated, \u201cNo citizen can take law into their hands. In case of fear and anarchy, the state has to act positively. Violence can\u2019t be allowed. The State is duty-bound to ensure law and order and to prevent mobocracy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-300680 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/tehelka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/raje-300x106.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"665\" height=\"235\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2018\/07\/raje-300x106.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2018\/07\/raje-768x272.jpg 768w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2018\/07\/raje-696x247.jpg 696w, https:\/\/tehelka.com\/media\/2018\/07\/raje.jpg 917w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 665px) 100vw, 665px\" \/>Meanwhile Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said in a tweet, that \u201cThe incident of the alleged lynching of a person transporting bovines in Alwar district is condemnable.
