{"id":298576,"date":"2018-06-11T21:44:42","date_gmt":"2018-06-11T16:14:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tehelka.com\/?p=298576"},"modified":"2018-06-28T16:07:04","modified_gmt":"2018-06-28T16:07:04","slug":"kapil-mishra-files-petition-against-cm-kejriwal-in-delhi-high-court","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/kapil-mishra-files-petition-against-cm-kejriwal-in-delhi-high-court\/","title":{"rendered":"Kapil Mishra Files Petition Against CM Kejriwal In Delhi High Court"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-298580 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tehelka.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/kapil-mishra-300x249.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"425\" height=\"353\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Kapil Mishra, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA, on Monday, filed a petition in Delhi High Court (HC) against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, for his 10 % attendance in Delhi assembly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">AAP MLA moved HC on June 11 and his plea against chief minister Arvind Kejriwal\u2019s low attendance was immediately accepted and HC is likely to hear the petition on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2016858399\"><span class=\"aQJ\">June 12<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">While commenting on CM&#8217;s absence Mishra said, &#8220;This showed how serious the CM was in discussing matters related to the people of Delhi and their development and performing duties expected of him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">He also said, &#8220;CM needed to inform the people how well he performed against indicators like attendance in the assembly, the number of questions he replied, and his understanding and appreciation of different policies and laws that he made.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">MLA Mishra also sought an annual performance report from the AAP convener and directions to the LG and the speaker to ensure the presence of Kejriwal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, AAP-led Delhi government spokesperson refused to comment on the same.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kapil Mishra, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA, on Monday, filed a petition in Delhi High Court (HC) against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, for his 10 % attendance in Delhi assembly.
