{"id":287083,"date":"2018-05-24T13:07:45","date_gmt":"2018-05-24T07:37:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tehelka.com\/?p=287083"},"modified":"2018-05-24T13:07:45","modified_gmt":"2018-05-24T07:37:45","slug":"crpf-official-killed-one-jawan-injured-in-ied-blast-in-chhattisgarhs-sukma-district","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tehelka.com\/crpf-official-killed-one-jawan-injured-in-ied-blast-in-chhattisgarhs-sukma-district\/","title":{"rendered":"CRPF Official Killed, One Jawan Injured In IED Blast In Chhattisgarh\u2019s Sukma District"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Sub-Inspector of the CRPF was killed and another jawan injured in an IED blast, planted by Naxals, in Chhattisgarh\u2019s Sukma district on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The blast occurred in the morning, in a forest area, near Puswada village, when a specialised unit of the CRPF, was out on patrolling. \u201cSub-Inspector Rajesh Kumar, belonging to CoBRA 206th battalion, was killed in the explosion while constable Manik Tinpare of the same unit sustained injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While the security personnel were cordoning off a forest near Puswada, \u00a0Rajesh Kumar came in contact with a pressure improvised explosive device (IED), that exploded leaving him dead and injuring Manik Tinpare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reinforcement was rushed to the spot and the injured personnel was brought to field hospital of the CRPF, the injured jawan would be airlifted to Raipur for further medication, a senior police official said.
