The abusive statement &amp; its diction, reflect the horrid mentality behind the Kathua rape case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Last month on Kathua rape case row, Lal Singh was forced to resign as minister for participating in a rally that defended the rape-and-murder suspects in the area.
