Later the CBI also filed an appeal against the acquittal of Talwars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In October last, the Allahabad High Court had passed the verdict and pointed out many loopholes in the CBI\u2019s investigation after which the Talwars were\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/scroll.in\/latest\/854295\/aarushi-hemraj-murder-rajesh-and-nupur-talwar-released-from-dasna-jail\">released<\/a> from Dasna jail in Ghaziabad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In yet unresolved case, on May 16, 2008 fourteen-year-old Aarushi was found dead inside her room at the Talwars\u2019 Noida residence.
