The prime accused in the Solar Scam, Biju Radhakrishnan, alleged that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and six other Congress leaders\u00a0sexually used his partner, Sarita Nair.\u00a0Biju Radhakrishnan, the prime accused in the infamous Solar scam, has\u00a0\u00a0made a startling sexual allegation against Kerala Chief \u00a0Minister Oommen Chandy. He said while deposing before the G Sivarajan \u00a0Commission, which inquiring the case, that Oommen Chandy had sexually\u00a0exploited Sarita S Nair, the other accused in the scam. He said that he\u00a0had the video of the sexual involvement of Chandy and Sarita and is\u00a0ready to present that before the court at any time on demand. He also\u00a0said that ministers like Shibu Baby John, A P Anilkumar, MLA Hibi Eden,\u00a0Aryadan Shaukkath, son of Minister Aryadan Mohammad and Anil Kumar\u2019s\u00a0personal assistant Nazarullah sexually used Saritha and the videos of\u00a0that were also with him.<\/p>\n

He revealed that Saritha herself had recorded the videos of those\u00a0involved and the five clippings were shown to chief minister. The sixth\u00a0one was of Chief Minister and this was not shown to him. He also said\u00a0that his life is under threat with the revelations and requested the\u00a0commission to provide security for his life.<\/p>\n

Biju had also given statement against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy that\u00a0he had taken Rs 5.5 crore as bribe from him. He said before the\u00a0commission that he handed over Rs 5.10 crore in person and the total\u00a0amount was given in three installments.<\/p>\n

He said that the money was given as demanded by chief minister\u2019s\u00a0ex-\u2060gunman Salim Raj. The rest amount of Rs 40 lakh was given through\u00a0CM\u2019s personal staff members Joppan and Jikkumon Jacob. The discussions\u00a0in the regard had taken place at Ernakulam guest house. Biju also\u00a0deposed that chief minister had a definite role in the making of the
\ncompany, Team Solar. They have also engaged in an agreement to share the\u00a0profit of the company on a 60:40 proportion. A consensus was also made\u00a0between the two parties to include CM\u2019s son Chandy Oommen as one of
\nthe partners of the company.<\/p>\n

He also explained that the CM had given assurance to lend Kinfra\u2019s 70\u00a0acre land to Team Solar in Palakkad and also promised another 150 acre\u00a0of land to start wind mill project in Idukki. He also in his statement\u00a0made it bare that he had constant contact with CM through the mobile\u00a0phones of his personal staffs, Joppan and Jikku. Even after the scam was\u00a0out, Biju had constant touch with CM and demanded for his security. He\u00a0also said that a man named Thomas Kondadi had come to see in jail on\u00a0behalf of the chief minister three times and assured all help.<\/p>\n

The revelation made by Biju before the Solar commission has already\u00a0given shockwaves across the politics of the state with opposition\u00a0leaders have come out open against Oommen Chandy While responding to the\u00a0news, CPI(M) leader Pinarayi Vijayan said that with the revelation of\u00a0Biju Radhakrishnan all speculations that went against Oommen Chandy\u00a0proved right. \u201cA CM like his is a blotch in the face of truth\u201d, said\u00a0Pinarayi.<\/p>\n

Biju also had levelled serious allegations of bribe against Power\u00a0Minister Aryadan Mohammad, former Transport, Forest Minister K B Ganesh\u00a0Kumar, and former Union Minister K C Venugopal earlier on Saturday.<\/p>\n
