Refusing to concede the election and amid talks of Coup, US President Donald Trump fired the top Pentagon leadership and replaced them with loyalists.
As Trump continued to insist that he has won the election or will win after recounts, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo dismissed talk of a transition into a new Biden administration and maintained that there will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration, even though polling officials throughout the country say there is no evidence of significant fraud.
According to reports, a post-election survey showed that 79 per cent of people polled believe that Joe Biden won the election, whereas only 3 per cent people are saying that Trump has won and 13 per cent says that election has ‘still no been decided’.
