Raj Thackeray’s Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) on Thursday launched its new party flag at an event in Mumbai.
Raj Thackeray’s son Amit Thackeray has also been inducted into the party.
The flag bears the seal (translated from Sanskrit) reads: “The glory of this Mudra of Shahaji’s son Shivaji will grow like the first-day moon. It will be worshipped by the world and it will shine only for the well-being of people.”
With Uddhav Thackeray and his son Aditya Thackeray in the government, Amit Thackeray became another third-generation to enter politics.
