Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Member of the Malaysian Parliament and Leader of the Parti Keadilan Rakyat Party of Malaysia, called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.
The two leaders discussed bilateral, regional and global matters of mutual interest.
The Prime Minister congratulated Ibrahim on his recent election as President of the PKR Party.
Prime Minister Modi fondly recalled their last meeting in Malaysia in May 2018. Modi conveyed his warm regards to Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.
Ibrahim was accompanied by two Members of the Malaysian Parliament, Kesavan Subramanian and Santhara Kumar Ramanaidu.
