PM Modi condemns attack on official by Akash Vijayvargiya

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed his anger over BJP’s Akash Vijayvargiya’s over an incident in which the MLA assaulted an official with a cricket bat.

Modi who was addressing the BJP Parliamentary Party meet in New Delhi, stressed on maintaining decorum and warned against the abuse of power.

An upset Modi said this sort of behaviour is not acceptable and It does not matter whose son he is.

Akash Vijayvargiya, the son of senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya who is out on bail was arrested last week for attacking an official with a cricket bat during a demolition drive.

Akash was welcomed with garlands and sweets as he walked out on bail. 

According to sources, PM Modi said the people who had given Akash Vijayvargiya a grand welcome should also be sacked.
