Pakistan has partially closed its airspace after Indian government scrapped Article 370.
India, on its part, issued a security alert at several airports and deployed additional security personnel apart from regular deployment at airports.
According to the sources, closure of one air corridor would not really affect airlines.
“One air corridor has been closed requiring a maximum of 12 minutes diversion would not really affect airlines,” sources added.
Last month, Pakistan had opened its airspace which was closed following the Balakot air strikes in February.
