A Surat sessions court on Friday convicted Narayan Sai, son of jailed self-styled godman Asaram, in a rape case.
According to the reports, the quantum of punishment will be announced on April 30.
He has been found guilty of raping two sisters in Surat, Gujarat. In 2013, the sister’s duo approached police alleging they were raped by Asaram Bapu and his son Narayan Sai.
One of them had accused Narayan Sai of repeatedly raping her while she was living at his ashram.
Asaram Bapu has been convicted in a rape case in Jodhpur and is serving a life term.
