West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday has written to chief ministers of various states and other opposition leaders accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of misusing the central agencies.
“Expressing her concern over BJP’s direct attacks on democracy”, her party All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) wrote on Twitter, “Our Hon’ble Chairperson @MamataOfficial writes to all Opposition leaders & CMs, expressing her concern over @BJP4India’s direct attacks on Democracy. BJP has repeatedly attacked the federal structure of our country and now, it’s time to unitedly fight this oppressive regime”.
After the Birbhum violence Mamata Banerjee’s government faced criticism in Bengal and the letter comes after the violence incident.
