The Governor CH. Vidyasagar Rao and Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday extended greetings and good wishes to the Muslim brethren of the Maharashtra on the occasion of Eid- ul -Fitr (Ramzan Id).
In his message, the Governor has said,
“The holy month of Ramzan underlines the importance of fasting, prayers, charity and service. I extend my heartiest greetings and good wishes to the people of Maharashtra, especially to all Muslim brothers and sisters on the occasion of Id ul Fitr. May the festival bring happiness, peace and prosperity to all.”
Chief Minister Fadanvis said, Eid ul Fitr, which comes after the end of Ramzan month, is a festival of joy and enthusiasm. He said that through this festival, the brotherhood and love between human being will flourish. He said that the endeavor for helping the deprived and downtrodden on the occasion of Eid and the efforts for their overall progress is really for the social well being.
