Kejriwal’s sit-in protest enters 4th day, TMC, others extend support

On June 14, the sit-in protest by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Ministers Satyendra Jain and Gopal Rai at Lieutenant Governor (LG) Anil Baijal’s house entered the fourth day.

The AAP government was having disagreements with LG Baijal over several issues and has been demanding statehood for Delhi, which would allow the party to control over the police and land.

While saying that the protest will continue Kejriwal added “Centre is insulting the people of Delhi who elected Delhi govt. People will decide”
