At least seven civilians were injured on Saturday after terrorists hurled a grenade at security forces in Tral area of Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
The terrorists lobbed a grenade towards security forces personnel at the Tral bus stand. The grenade missed the intended target and exploded in the busy market resulting in injuries to seven civilians, a police official said.
The injured were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Their condition was reportedly stable, sources said.
Security forces have cordoned off the entire area and launched a search operation to nab the attackers.
