Four terrorists were killed on Sunday morning in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
The security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Watrigama village after receiving specific inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
As the cordon was tightened, the hiding terrorists fired upon security forces, triggering an encounter.
Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said. “#Police & #security forces neutralized four #terrorists in Dialgam #Anantnag. More details shall follow.”
