India’s coronavirus cases cross 2900, death toll rises to 68

The total number of Coronavirus cases has climbed to 2902 with 68 deaths. Total active cases in the country stand at 2650 and 183 people have been cured/discharged, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.

Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu have maximum COVID-19 cases followed by Delhi and Kerala.

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik today said, “Corona is the greatest enemy of the human race. We need everyone’s help to overcome this.”

Patnaik has appealed to all those who have attended the congregation of Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi, to voluntarily call helpline number and come forward to take COVID19 test and follow state guidelines.

More than one million people have been infected by coronavirus worldwide and over 57000 have lost their lives.
