With 11,067 fresh cases of the coronavirus and 94 deaths in the past 24 hours, India’s COVID-19 tally stands at 1,08,58,371 while the death toll rose to 1,55,252, according to Health Ministry data.
Of the total cases, 1,05,61,608 have been cured/discharged. There are 1,41,511 active cases of COVID-19 in India.
The recovery rate among coronavirus patients stands at 97.25%.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said over 20.33 crore samples have been tested up to February 9 of which 7,36,903 samples were tested yesterday.
