With 10,064 fresh cases of the coronavirus and 137 deaths in the past 24 hours, India’s COVID-19 tally stands at 1,05,81,837 while the death toll rose to 1,52,556, according to Health Ministry data.
Of the total cases, 1,02,28,753 have been cured/discharged. There are 2,00,528 active cases of COVID-19 in India.
The recovery rate among coronavirus patients stands at 96.66%.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said over 18.78 crore samples have been tested up to January 18 of which 7,09,791 samples were tested yesterday.
