India achieved the highest ever single day vaccination mark with the administration of more than 88.13 lakh vaccine doses in the last 24 hours said Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Union Health Ministry said, India’s Cumulative corona vaccination achieved 55 crore milestone and recovery rate 97.51 percent at its highest since March 2020.
The death rate in the country is currently 1.34 percent.
According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, the active cases in the country have come down to 3,69,846, which is the lowest in 146 days.
There has been a big reduction in new cases of coronavirus in India in a day. In the last 24 hours, 25,165 new Covid-19 cases have been registered in India. The lowest figures have been recorded in about 154 days.
However, with these new cases, the number of infected in the country has reached 3,22,50,679.
At the same time, the recovery rate has been recorded at 97.51 percent, which is the highest since March 2020. With the death of 437 people in a day, the death toll in the country has increased to 4,32,079.
