‘Forcefully taken over my office’: Kangana Ranaut alleges harassment

Actor Kangana Ranaut on Monday accused the BMC officials of forcefully taking over her office and harassing her neighbours.

The actress posted a video alleging that BMC officials have forcefully entered the building and measuring everything. She said tomorrow they will demolish her office in Mumbai.

“They have forcefully taken over my office measuring everything, also harassing my neighbors when they retorted. @mybmc officials used language like “This is the result of the handiwork of madam and all have to pay the price for it.” I am informed tomorrow they are demolishing my property,” she tweeted.

“I have all the papers, BMC permissions nothing has been done illegal in my property, BMC should send a structure plan to show the illegal construction with a notice, today they raided my place and without any notice tomorrow they demolishing entire structure,” she added.

Earlier in the day, the Manikarnika actress was granted Y-plus category security cover from the Home Ministry.

Reacting to the development, Ranaut took to Twitter expressing gratitude to Home Minister Amit Shah for extending security to her.

“This is proof that no fascist will be able to crush a patriot voice. I am thankful to Amit Shah ji. If he wanted, he could have advised me to visit Mumbai after a few days in view of the circumstances. But he honoured the words of a daughter of India,” she tweeted.

The development came amid an ongoing war of words between Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Raut and Kangana Ranaut following her remarks. comparing Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
