Congress leader Kapil Sibal on Monday took a jibe on Prime Minister Modi and said that every citizen of our country stands with our soldiers but he doubts whether anyone stands behind PM’s policies and actions.
“PM says: Hope Parliament will unitedly send message that the nation stands behind our soldiers, Response: Every citizen of our country stands behind our soldiers. We salute them. Behind the PM’s policies and actions? I doubt it,” Sibal tweeted.
Sibal’s response came after PM Modi made a statement today ahead of the commencement of monsoon session of Parliament. “I believe all members of the parliament will give an unequivocal message that the country stands with our soldiers,” PM said.
