The Indian space research organisation (ISRO) on Tuesday said that its moon lander Vikram had been located by the Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter.
However, there has been no communication with it so far and the efforts are being made to establish communication with the lander, it said.
“#VikramLander has been located by the orbiter of #Chandrayaan2, but no communication with it yet. All possible efforts are being made to establish communication with lander,” ISRO tweeted.
On September 7, the space agency had lost communication with Chandrayaan-2’s Vikram lander before it was scheduled to soft-land on the surface of moon.
