Earthquake tremors were felt in most parts of North India including Delhi and its neighbouring areas on Tuesday evening.
The tremors which lasted for few seconds jolted Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and Delhi-NCR.
Indian Met Dept in a tweet said, “Earthquake of Magnitude:6.3, Occurred on:24-09-2019, 16:31:58 IST, Lat:32.9 N & Long: 73.7 E, Depth: 40 Km, Region: Pakistan – India (J & K ) Border region.”
No loss to life or property due to the earthquake have been reported so far.
