Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain admitted to hospital due to fever, breathing problem

Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain was admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital in the national capital due to high fever and breathing trouble.

“Due to high grade fever and a sudden drop of my oxygen levels last night I have been admitted to RGSSH. Will keep everyone updated,” Satyendar Jain tweeted.

Replying to the post, Kejriwal in a tweet said, “You kept serving the public 24*7 without taking care of your health. Take care and get well soon.”

According to the sources, minister has undergone coronavirus test. The test results are awaited.

This came after Jain attended an all-party meeting chaired by Union home minister Amit Shah. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was also present at the meeting.

Last week, Kejriwal went into self-isolation at his home after he had a bout of fever and throat pain. He had tested negative for the coronavirus.

Delhi has so far recorded 42,829 COVID-19 cases with 1,400 deaths.
