Baijayant Jay Panda, who joined the BJP last week, was on Friday appointed as the party’s spokesperson and vice president.
According to an official statement, BJP President Amit Shah has appointed Panda as national Vice President and Spokesperson of the party.
Amit Shah’s decision to give him an important organisational responsibility within a short span signals the importance the party has given him.
