New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal has launched a fresh attack on the Narendra Modi-led Centre over the Re-NEET 2026 controversy, alleging that serious irregularities have emerged in the examination results and questioning the government’s handling of the country’s biggest entrance test.
In a post on X, Kejriwal wrote in Hindi, “Re-NEET exam ke natijon mein bhi ab bhaari gadbadi saamne aa rahi hai. Bechare bachche jaayen to jaayen kahan? Modi ji, aapse ek exam theek se nahin ho raha, aap desh kya chalaoge? 12 saalon mein aapne desh ka beda garq kar diya hai.”
His remarks come amid a fresh wave of complaints from candidates who have alleged discrepancies in their Re-NEET scorecards. Several aspirants have claimed that their marks changed significantly after the OMR review process, while others have questioned the transparency of the evaluation system.
One of the most discussed cases involves a Kanpur candidate who alleged that her score dropped from 609 to 167 after an OMR correction. The student has claimed that the marks changed multiple times within hours and has sought an explanation from the National Testing Agency (NTA). The allegation has gone viral on social media and intensified concerns among students and parents.
Meanwhile, the NTA has maintained that it has also detected several AI-generated and fake OMR sheets being circulated online. The agency has warned that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found submitting manipulated documents or spreading fabricated scorecards.
The controversy has once again put the spotlight on the country’s examination system, with opposition leaders demanding greater transparency and accountability. The NTA has yet to issue any statement suggesting that the overall Re-NEET results are invalid, but individual complaints continue to emerge from candidates across the country.
