AAP to contest polls in 6 states in next 2 years: Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will contest elections in six states in the next two years.

In the next two years, the AAP will contest elections in six states-Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Gujarat, Kejriwal said at the ninth national council meeting of the AAP.

He further said the people outside the national capital have come to know about the good governance of the AAP government.

People are ready and now we just need to reach them,” he added.

The Chief Minister urged AAP members to strengthen the party at grassroots level.
