AAP leader Raghav Chadha accuses BJP of vandalising Delhi Jal Board office

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Raghav Chadha on Thursday claimed that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers vandalised the office of Delhi Jal Board (DJB).

He also claimed that BJP goons attacked the staff members at the board’s headquarters.

“BJP goons have attacked the @DelhiJalBoard headquarters. My entire office has been vandalized. Staff has been threatened,” Raghav tweeted.

“The goons of BJP entered the Delhi Jal Board office and vandalised it. They challenged me and warned CM Arvind Kejriwal against supporting and speaking for farmers. There is CCTV footage. It’s clear that this incident took place with help of Delhi Police,” Raghav said.

“Around 250 people barged into my office and broke the glasses, doors and pots. They threatened my staff and attacked them,” Chadha claimed.

He also tweeted a video clip, showing broken doors, glass and furniture.

AAP supremo and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in a tweet said, “It’s so embarrassing. The BJP should understand that the Aam Aadmi Party and my government are with the farmers till their last breath. We are not afraid of such cowardice attacks. I appeal to all the workers not to be provoked by such attacks by the BJP. Stay calm and support the farmers.”
