Five members of a family were found dead inside their house in Bhajanpura area of Delhi, police said on Wednesday.
According to the police the bodies have been identified as that of a couple and their three children. The children were 12, 16 and 18 years old.
The police received a call around 11.30 am after neighbours complained of foul smell emanating from the house.
The deceased seem to have died over 4-5 days ago and the bodies had started decomposing.
The cause of the death is not known yet, police said.
