26/11 Mumbai plotter David Headley admitted to hospital after attack in US Jail

The Pakistani – American convict David Coleman Headley who has been sentenced to 35 years in a prison by a US court for the 2008 terrorist attack on Mumbai, was battling for his life after an attack by prisoners at the US Jail.

According to some media reports, On July 8, David Headley was attacked by two other prisoners and got seriously injured.

Post this incident, he was taken to the North Evanston hospital, where he was admitted to the critical care unit.

David Headley was arrested in the year 2009 for terrorist attack on Mumbai that killed more than 160 people.

US authorities has refused to comment.
