A team of Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in the wee hours of Friday raided a house and a shop in Nala Sopara and recovered at least eight country-made bombs from the house of a man called Vaibhav Raut who is reportedly related to Sanatan Sanstha, members of which are accused in bomb blast cases in Navi Mumbai and Goa.

As per the sources, the raw material found at the shop includes a large quantity gunpowder and detonators.

Sources say that ATS team had been keeping an eye on Raut’s activities from some days and raided his house along with forensics team.
